Check the runner rather than the shelf
A shelf that binds in one position and not another is a runner out of square, and squaring it is usually free.

Look at how the cabinet is loaded
Heavy bottles pushed to the front of every shelf will pull runners out of true over years. It is worth saying, because it is preventable.

Replace split slats rather than whole shelves
The slats are individual and available. Replacing a shelf for one split slat is the expensive way to do this.
